Since the age of four Shi De Feng had been practicing traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Qi Gong at the Shaolin Monastery for years. He was instructed by his adept master Wang Fu Qing and other very trustworthy Kung Fu masters as Shi De Chan and Shi Su Xi (see family tree).
